Kittie - We Are The Lamb

“We have so much to gain, but our hearts won’t let us learn.”

Fair warning, viewer discretion is advised. Well we kid the discretion and Kittie is not a pop band or whatever you can think of that makes you childish :D

Canadian metallers Kittie is an all-female band, and is the best one out there today! Put aside their gender and genre, the band forge bone-crushing music and penetrating vocals, turning them into a snarling beast wanting more. Well that sounds a bit captivating but Kittie is delivering true on their promise, a promise that their new album “I’ve Failed You” will be a grittier record than their previous effort “In The Black” album. Front woman Morgan Lander had this to say..

“In some cases, these new songs are faster, darker and much more sinister than our previous release. It contains some of the most difficult and personal subject matter I have had the pleasure (or displeasure) of writing”

Despite countless line-up changes, their new album is definitely a pleasure worth listening to, like one of their tracks “We Are The Lamb”. The song is by far the real beast of the album. Metal splendor with no apologies, Kittie created a sound of 70’s classic rock and 80’s classic metal, with a modern style to it! :)
