Monsters In Living Flesh (MILF)

Don’t get excited by the name. Let your mind be blown by the stunning music they’ve made instead!

Monsters In Living Flesh, also known as ‘MILF’, is a five-piece metal/hardcore homegrown band mystifyingly taking their name from that famous motherly character. Well you get the idea :D

The band is currently unsigned. However, they have emerged as top contenders in the underground metal scene in Singapore, with a recent tour they’ve made to Perth. This is only the beginning. Who would have guessed that they would have went all out to pursue their absolute passion for music and to produce strings of songs like “Blood” and “The Relapse”, that left us speechless. The band even appeared as one of the opening acts for Emmure live at Scape Lab in Singapore June this year. It couldn’t get any better for them as they rip apart the stage to live up the dream!

With their recent EP album “An Apparition” which is available now on http://monstersinlivingflesh.bigcartel.com/, you will admire their crazy and wild guitar riffs with a distinct style of their own. On top of that, Marlon’s beautiful cleans and screams definitely adds a more overall epic feeling. Deep emotions lyrically paired with harsh melodic vocals to occupy those spaces in between.

Everything in their sound is an evolution which possesses focused aggression. A sound that will be massive in years to come. Monsters In Living Flesh is a pure straight-up talented band with big hearts and will always be a “Singapore Hardcore Represent” to us. Really proud to have them in the music scene here :)
